Position Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting warehouse operations. This role ensures all materials are handled safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
5 day work week, M-F, 7am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Prepare outgoing shipments including packaging, labeling, and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy prior to shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Organize warehouse space and ensure materials are stored properly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and basic measurements
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, or similar systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing and distribution setting
- Exposure to varying temperatures and industrial equipment
- Standard hours with potential for overtime based on business needs
