We are proud of our commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and innovation. We are currently seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our growing team at our Archbold, Ohio facility.

Position Summary:
The Production Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts and assemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.

4 day work week, M-Th, 6am-4pm Health & retirement benefits after 60 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding (and other welding methods as required) on steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following all company safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous welding experience required; certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, with knowledge of other welding processes a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
